Hotell i The Funk Zone (Santa Barbara)

Dette Santa Barbara-hotellet ligger mindre enn 5 minutters gange fra Stearn’s Wharf og har boblebad og utendørsbasseng. Spa Beaumontia på hotellet har et komplett spatilbud. Rommene har gratis WiFi. Veldig sentralt, ligger rett ved stranden samtidig som det er kort vei til handlegate. Ikke så stort bassengområde, men det var heller ikke overfylt, så da var det nok riktig dimensjonert ift antall gjester som brukte det. Veldig hyggelig med kanal, broer og hage mellom bygningene. Vi bodde i «East» huset, perfekt å kjøre inn i parkeringshus og komme seg inn på hotelletrommet i samme bygning. Flott utsikt fra balkongen. Stort og romslig rom, med stort og fint bad.

Located next to the Funk Zone in Santa Barbara, the Hotel Californian is just steps from the beach and features an outdoor pool. We only stayed one night, and wish it could have been a week. A stunning hotel with great facilities and helpful staff. Hopefully will return soon.

This contemporary hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk to Stearns Wharf and the Santa Barbara beachfront. Free Wi-Fi is provided. All rooms include plush bathrobes in the en suite European-style bathrooms. Totally exceeded our expectations, perfect and comfortable place. We loved it! Close walk yo the beach, next door to one of our favorite restaurants.It changed our entire evening when we thought it wasn't gona be good cuss we had book somewhere else and it was terrible, thanks for everything!

The hotel was in a good location - just a short walk to the seafront and downtown Santa Barbara. The hotel is really quite quirky - with some lovely decoration and a funky feel. Liked the shared space downstairs in reception where there was an honesty bar and where a simple breakfast was served (tea, coffee, juice, some fruit, bagels and pastries). We hadnt expected this so was a nice extra. There was also a big fridge and freezer where guests could keep own items as there was nothing in the room for this. There was a really nice outside area with comfy seating, a clean pool, table tennis table. The room itself was comfy and my son (12) loved sleeping in the murphy bed which pulled down over the main double bed. Had a really nice welcome and the offer of a complimentary drink on arrival from a very lovely member of staff/owner (Derek?)
