A wholesome place for a vacation for that price - clean, well-lit, modern, with a comfy bed. The localization is next to a tram stop in a quiet area with Whole Foods nearby. The room had air heater, fan, iron, laundry machine, big fridge and lots of kitchenware. Also it was stocked with cleaning utensils and many clean towels <3. Wifi was working fine and there is a tarace outside as well for a nice breakfast.

I left my phone in a cab and the cab driver delivered it back to me in my room. The only way he could know what room I was in was because I pointed out my car in the parking lot. The front desk had to have told them what room which was a lifesaver for me.

It was on a bus route and only a 1/2 block walk to Van Ness Ave (Hwy 101) which was a relatively flat (hill-free) walkway for us to reach Fisherman’s Wharf about 8 blocks away. Recently updated floors and sparkling bathroom. No air conditioning but a rotating fan was supplied & doubled as white-noise for sleeping.
