I really enjoyed my stay here! I had interesting talks with other travelers and staff. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved my room. The decor was charming and cozy. I would love to stay at the San Remo Hotel again! I enjoyed looking at the magazines and books in the hotel.

You cannot beat the location of the hotel - the rest is just OK - it is not a 5 star hotel, but except for minor problems with water our stay was really good

You get what you pay for. Accomodation is half hotel rooms and half social housing. Room was ok, it has a sink for hand washing and brushing teeth. There was also a fridge and microwave which helped with storing food and microwaving meals. The staff at the desk were very nice and answered every question I had. They allowed me to store my bags there after checkout the day I left. Area is very central with a cable car stop 2 metres away from the door. 10 min walk to fisherman's wharf and plenty of amenities within walking distance.
