Atop centrally located Nob Hill, this landmark San Francisco hotel features luxurious rooms and suites. A full-service gym and spa and two unique dining experiences are available on site. Hotel is beautiful. Everything felt easy (and often times in SF things are not easy.) Staff were setting up the giant life-sized gingerbread house in the lobby and it smelled wonderful. Nob Hill felt safe and we were treated to a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed our adjoining rooms (7 women staying together for a concert) and we had a great dinner and drinks at the Tonga Room downstairs. I would love to stay here again while in the City.

This towering historic landmark on Nob Hill features a top-floor restaurant with beautiful views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Cable car stops are just outside the hotel. Very old and historic place, lots of history to Tell, awesome bar and the friendliest staff I can imagine

Qualitat-Preu és un bon hotel!!!!. Senzill, però net i tranquil, i sobretot molt ben situat. No hi vam esmorzar, ni fer cap menjada (diria que no hi havia servei de menjador). Però només sortir de l'hotel tenies un munt de llocs per anar i triar. El personal ens va atendre molt bé, a part de ser atents i amables.

Room 405A. Nice, well maintained, great footed bathtub, excellent hot water in the tub. This is a residential hotel mainly and the monthly tenants are quiet and hospitable.

Well located in the Nob Hill district of San Francisco, Powell Place is located 1.5 km from Moscone Center, 2.4 km from Ghirardelli Square and 2.6 km from San Francisco City Hall. It was in the perfect location for seeing San Francisco. Especially great was having a cable car right outside our door. We had everything we needed including great Kitchen facilities, comfortable bed and really clean bathroom. Staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions.
