All the employees are kind & helpful. The rooms are perfectly clean. The food at the resto is very good.

The rooms could not be any more cozy. It's perfect for someone looking for something different, but not overly done. The location was perfect for me, the staff was incredibly hospitable, and the food and drinks were top notch!

Our room was not ready upon arrival. As we are regular guests of this hotel and other Four Seasons, they upgraded us to an outstanding suite. The restaurant Cut by Wolfgang Puck is exceptional in every way.

City Hall Park is within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Centrally located at 85 West Broadway on the corner of Chambers Street, Smyth is nestled in the heart of Tribeca. Very convenient for the subway and walking distance from many great areas

This 4-star New York City hotel is in the Tribeca neighborhood, across the street from trendy SoHo shopping. It offers guest rooms, a 24-hour gym and a restaurant. A very spacious room that we thoroughly enjoyed for the weekend. The bed was amazing, the staff great and the bathroom super. Everything is super clean. It’s close to Soho and we couldn’t hear anything from the noise of the streets. We would stay there again !

The hotel staff acted quickly and with enough anticipation in order to warn me of problem with my corporate card. It gave me time to address it with my travel agency before check-in.

Surrounded by art galleries and shops in the lively Tribeca neighbourhood of lower Manhattan, this hotel offers TV and free Wi-fi Rooms at Sonder l Duane Street are furnished with hardwood floors, and... This hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Close to the Subway so easy to get around. Also, it was close to 24 hr deli if you wanted a snack. Neighborhood is safe. Staff were friendly. Would recommend and stay here again. Good value for money 10/10.
