My 13 year old son and I LOVED our stay. It felt like an experience to stay there as opposed to just a room somewhere else. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in NYC.

The Four Seasons New York Downtown is a great hotel. The hotel bar is nice and the in-house restaurant "CUT" by Wolfgang Puck is excellent. The rooms are nice and neat and the beds are as usual for Four Seasons very comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Smyth is in a fantastic location and the rooms are impressively clean and comfortable. The staff are outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful - everything you could ask for! Smyth Tribeca is our go-to hotel when we visit NYC. Highly recommend!

Surrounded by art galleries and shops in the lively Tribeca neighbourhood of lower Manhattan, this hotel offers TV and free Wi-fi Rooms at Sonder l Duane Street are furnished with hardwood floors, and... The location was excellent and the room was spacious and very clean.Also the staff at the front door were friendly and accommodating.We were also able to leave our luggage with them since we had a late flight. Would absolutely come back!
