She literally made our stay so easy. I also love Shenel’s smile every time i go out she wishes us a good day with a wonderful smile. Sandy as well she was thoughtful and carring🤍 I would definitely come back👍🏻

Also, I could not believe few negative about the breakfast, it was varied and exceptional, with different options available each day during our eight-day stay and very helpful staff making sure that everything was good. Additionally, the location is fantastic—close to everything we wanted to explore.[, Grand Central, Public Library, Times Square 15 minutes walking! It was definitely worth it, and we would gladly stay here again! 5 - stars
