Great location ! The best in NOLA by our standards (we stayed for 8 days): walking distance to market, French district (Royal street and Bourbon street 5-15minutes), Frenchmen street (2 minutes). NOLA jazz museum is nust accross the street! AND it gets very silent and calm at night, thus you can sleep like a baby. Easily accessible by car and has parking option, even though parking igets full on weekends, thus it is best to arrive on Thursday and not to move your car for your whole stay. Has a fun tiny pool with fountain thats great for small kids! Great antique style, loved it. If you are there go and visit Spotted Cat Bar for some real authentic New Orleans jazz. The stafff is nice and helpful.

Loved the location and everything about this gorgeous place. The room was divine, comfortable and roomy. Linen and towels were great quality. We had a room off the front balcony and loved being in the room late at night listening to jazz wafting up from the downstairs bar, after a night on Frenchmen St. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

El Melrose Mansion ocupa una mansión victoriana restaurada de 1884 situada en el famoso barrio francés de Nueva Orleans, en la histórica avenida Esplanade. Las habitaciones y baño y sobre todo el personal del hotel. Nos hicieron varias recomendaciones muy interesantes

Decoration is quite nice also, you can feel the years and the history of the place.
