Location Location Location and balcony 🔥 From Venice beach to the close by santa monica which you could definitely walk in like 30-40 mins, to the vibrant and lively nightlife around the area.. the location is definitely a highlight to my stay. The staff are great as well.. very friendly very helpful. The hotel lends you blankets and towels for the beach so you don't have to worry about those. I think if I'm not mistaken they provide some surfing equipment as well? Not sure, can't surf to save my life so didn't pay attention :)

The property location is incredible on adorable Rose street across from Whole Foods and down street from many cafes and restaurants in Venice. It’s super cute and for a quick inexpensive stay I think it’s well worth it. I had a small issue and the owner messaged me himself and handled it wonderfully and promptly , which made me feel confident and safe . I almost never write reviews but Dan went above and beyond and I’ll definitely return in my many layovers in LA🫶👍🙏

Amazing location, room clean and quiet, safe surrounding, stuff really helpful as I need to use transit system for the first time. Highly recommended
