During these post-covid times, I've noticed a drop-off in customer service at even the best hotels/restaurants/airlines/etc. That was not the case here. This was as 5 star as it has ever been - thank you! (Special shout-out to Joe, and all the pool staff!).

This was gorgeous and even more than I expected! I had the best time and they made wonderful birthday surprises (even at the pool). Still dreaming of my time at this magical place. I will definitely come back. Thank you for having me!

Established in 1975 on a palm-lined residential boulevard, L’Ermitage is a discreet, luxurious getaway located a stone’s throw from the beating heart of Beverly Hills. I liked the design of the place and the bedroom was spectacular. The room was very comfortable and we were provided with the pillow of our liking. The hotel is very clean and up to the 5 star standard. The toiletries were by diptyque, one of my favorite brands. the bedding was excellent with high thread count and the towels were very clean and changed daily. The lights of the room seems updated and was easy to control near the nightstand. The room was very spacious and the closet space was big. Overall, i recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is a stunning 4-diamonds AAA hotel in LA offering elegant luxury accommodations and dramatic decor with an ambiance that combines see-and-be-seen excitement and... The location is amazing the staff are great the rooms are large and comfy, there is a mall across the street and a pharmacy and target.

This pet-friendly Los Angeles hotel is 5 minutes' walk to the Beverly Center shopping area. The boutique hotel offers an outdoor saltwater pool, a Pool Lounge, Lobby Lounge, and Mezzanine Sushi. Great location. Very cute hotel

The hospitality and the renovated rooms were outstanding .Room service menu and options were excellent .Overall , this appears to be more of a 5 star in terms of service .I will be back .

Boasting a boomerang-shaped pool and an on-site restaurant in a smoke-free environment, this boutique hotel is nestled in the heart of Beverly Hills. Its a unique hotel. We loved it. You live the 70-80’s Beverly Hills soul. We stayed 5 nights and we will definitely come again. Staff was also great. Special thanks to Carlo and Eunice. They always have big smile and ready to solve problem. Also Asuman! She is great. And Emberson✌️Location also unbeatable.
