The location was excellent being so close to the subway, a beautiful market, and downtown. The staff were so friendly and helpful in every way.

Historic 1869 Brownstone 15 min to NYC downtown is located in Jersey City, just 3.9 miles from Bloomingdales and 3.9 miles from One World Trade Center. An wauthentic 19th century building very well maintained, with a beautiful backyard and a nice terrase. The location was very close to Exchange Place where you have everyday the opportunity to see the Financial District from the other side of the river, just like in a postcard. Enjoy!

Much much better than expected (after reading previous reviews). Cozy place, great neighbourhood! We were 5 people and the place was spacious enough. Be careful not to put all your suitcases and backpacks on the top floor bedroom, because there isnt much space on the floor! Cute backyard, nice place to relax. Spacious living room with some fun board games for you and your friends. All amenities we needed in the kitchen were provided. Hot water 24/7 with high pressure in the bath tub. Some people might not like the style of this historic house, but we liked it. Also it's 2 blocks away from the subway that goes to WTC in 7 minutes. All in all we had a great stay and we missed the place when we left.
