The location is great - it is relatively close to the old town, but in a very quiet and safe area. The hotel allowed us to check in earlier and leave a car at their parking till the evening. I am completely happy with our stay and I hope to come again.

Wow, I was unexpectedly surprised by the amazingly top notch customer service in this hotel and the hotel restaurant. We travel and stay at a lot of hotels. This was one of the best customer service we’ve experienced. I requested a crib. It was already there when we got to the room, with super clean bedding. (Another hotel we stayed at never even bothered to let us know that they had run out of cribs despite it having been specifically requested days prior to our arrival. I only found they had ran out when no crib was in the room when I arrived.) I drink a lot of water. Reception staff anticipated this and had staff bring them to our room without me even asking. The waiter in the restaurant was attentive to our every need and comfort. When we needed to stay longer for the baby because our train was later in the day; and we were simply accommodated.
