Ideally located in the Podilskyj district of Kyiv, KONTRAKT Boutique Hotel is set 1.8 km from Maidan Nezalezhnosti Metro Station, 1.1 km from St. Very nice hotel, clean and cozy, we didn't include breakfasts in our booking , but we had a breakfast one time in their cafe , and it was delicious ! It was nice to have a balcony in the room, and they clean our room very good and carefully.

Very nice hotel with good value for money, they had an undergrown bomb shelter which we used during the air raids... all considered we were very happy with our stay and the staff :)

The staff are all lovely, extremely helpful and very importantly for us with good English. Restaurant very good value and open all day. Rooms spacious and very clean. We have visited before and may well be back in the future.
