The staff is very nice, caring and helpful. Everything is very clean and very well organized! Amazing atmosphere that makes you want to come back! Many thanks for everything! I highly recommend!

Located in Ortaköy district, just a few steps from the Bosphorus Bridge, Symbola Bosphorus consists of two historical mansions in a beautiful garden in the heart of the city. This was one of the best stay for me, Staffs were amazing from my check in to check out. I had few issues with my credit card and had to go get cash, staffs were very understanding, very patient with me. I even missed my returned flight and had to stay an extra night, the staffs took good care of me, by allowing me to use their phone to call the airline; they were very helpful when it comes to getting me taxi to wherever I needed to go during my stay. The room, decoration, food, location and aesthetic of this place is 10/10. I would definitely come back to stay there when I visit Istanbul.

The owners Ezgi and Samet are incredibly kind and friendly people with whom we had excellent communication throughout our 7-day stay. It was a great pleasure for me and my friends to be their guests.
