The staff were very friendly and helped me up and down the stairs with my suitcase, so the fact that there is no lift wasn't a problem. It is located about 6 minutes walk from one of the main streets in Ortakoy, where you can find shops and restaurants.

I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Istanbul. We will definitely be back again.
