The staff was very friendly even though we checked in at 3am, they helped us with everything. His name was Bilal and he gave us all the information even though it was so late. And in the morning I think the lady at reception her name was Begum, she helped us a lot too to keep our Luggage for a while after we checked out and gave us instructions on public transport and stuff. The breakfast was amazing too. Really tasty. I'm definitely going back here next time I'm in Istanbul!
