The Levent Hotel in Istanbul is located close to the metro and 200 metres from Kanyon shopping mall. The rooms have free Wi-Fi and large flat-screen TVs with satellite channels. The staff! I can not tell how significant the help was! Osman Gomec helped to resolve the car accident case even though he didn't have to. We had a car accident the same day we arrived at the hotel near Istanbul. Osman helped us to call insurance, find lawyers, and figure out what to do in extremely short notice of just one day before our departure. We even fixed (patched to be able to drive safely) the car! Remarkable manager and good person! Let's talk about the hotel itself. The hotel was nice with tasty breakfast and good facilities, and they had everything you may need for your stay (even small things like cotton swabs and hair dryer). Facilities are not new, but kept in good shape.
