The hotel is new and mostly in good condition .also spa facilities were in order . breakfast is good.

I was really impressed with the staff as they were all kind, helpful, informative, professional. Starting from the reception team ending with cleaning and breakfast team. They even supported us with arranging taxi for airport as this was real challenge in Istanbul due some to dishonest taxi drivers.
