The hotel is new and mostly in good condition .also spa facilities were in order . breakfast is good.

The property was so modern and clean. I was really impressed with the staff as they were all kind, helpful, informative, professional. Starting from the reception team ending with cleaning and breakfast team. They even supported us with arranging taxi for airport as this was real challenge in Istanbul due some to dishonest taxi drivers.

Rhiss Hotel Bostanci has a central location in the Asian side of Istanbul, only 700 metres from the Bostanci Ferry Port. The hotel upgraded our room, as the room we were supposed to get was taking longer than expected to be ready, so we were given a suite. The services and help from the hotel staff was exceptional adhering to our requests as best as possible.
