We got a double room for 4 people at an amazing rate, hotel was clean and location was very close to Nimman street, there was coin laundry right next to the building which was also really convenient. Beds were big and comfortable and there was a lot of great additional details like umbrellas provided in the rooms

Modern and minimalist. Got basic facilities. Rooms are big as we have 5 and booked connecting rooms with 2 toilets. Cleaners made room very clean and no smell at toilet. Super helpful receptionist and recommended all our restaurants for dinner (premium or cheap ones) and where to shop for local stuff. Reasonably convenient grab 10-15 mins to old city centre. Street food within 5 mins walk. Lots of massage place around. Supermarket and convenient store within 5 mins walk. Nice coffee place nearby as well. Very quiet.

The location is amazing, in the middle of an area with great shops and restaurants but tucked away in a forest which must be one of the last natural areas like it in the central part of Chiang Mai. Lovely and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms, nicely designed, and even delicious bagels for breakfast.
