Every room has a filter water tab, the water is very delicious, it's plenty. You don't have to worry that you will run out of drinking water that usually happens with the bottles, also environmentally friendly, no plastic. Every room and public bathrooms equipped with smart toilet: the seat is warm and the washer and dryer are built in inside, very convenient. Very good room layout: sink is in the corridor, bath and toilet are separate. Beautiful pool and seaview.

The staff were good and dealt with my complaint very well (see below). The room was clean and the quality of the finishings and furnishings is high.

A tropical playground awaits at the only beachfront resort in Singapore, tailor-made for families as well as sun-seekers alike, within easy reach of the city yet feeling like an overseas island... The location was perfect - oceanfront and away from the big city. Even with hundreds of visitors in the hotel and area, we could still manage to find more secluded spots. So much was within walking distance, even though a lot of free island transportation was provided - a nice surprise. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious. The breakfasts were amazing and the cooks even made omelets to order. The food options were quite diverse and sumptuous. The check-in staff went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our visit, especially Lee Weijia. The cleaning team also ensured that our room was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. It was apparent to us that all the staff enjoy working at this resort, which made our stay even better.
