The staff were good and dealt with my complaint very well (see below). The room was clean and the quality of the finishings and furnishings is high.

A tropical playground awaits at the only beachfront resort in Singapore, tailor-made for families as well as sun-seekers alike, within easy reach of the city yet feeling like an overseas island... The hotel was extremely lovely with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was enjoyable and restort facilities really great. I def. Recommend this place for an enjoyable holiday in Singapore!
