Beautiful entrance and clearly marked for facilities. Great eating area with superb breakfast laid out with plenty to choose from. Amazing very friendly staff with great communication skills. The concierge in reception went well above and beyond their way to help us locate our missing suitcases that got lost at the airport. Douglas was extremely helpful and pursued the airport staff consistently until they found our cases, thank you. Also a thank you to Terrance for his care and concern.

The boutique Santa Grand Hotel East Coast is located in the laidback area of Katong, known for its rich heritage and culture. The location was amazing. The distance from the airport and access to the city was perfect. It's near the beach, with many places to eat and drink, and great access to public transportation. I took the bus to most places or walked to the beach and park. My room was a good size for a solo traveler, but I can imagine a bit cramped for 2...especially the glass partition separating the toilet and the bedroom. The room was clean, had a free minibar, Netflix on the TV, and all accessories available for a hotel stay, e.g. iron, kettle, fridge, etc... The staff was warm and welcoming and made it possible for the room to be cleaned after my long flight and early arrival.

The location is very accessible, near to the airport, restaurants and bus stops. It is clean and comfy for the rest of our family. The staff were so nice! We are excited to go back there!
