A 10-minute drive from Orchard Road, Value Hotel offers value-for-money accommodation along Balestier Road. It features air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen Internet TV and free Wi-Fi. The facilities weee not great . However this was compensated by the fact that the customer service team headed by John was amazing . I was pleasantly surprised that the team offered a better level of service than what one would expect at the Hilton , Hyatt , Sheraton. John and his team are amazing ambassadors for their industry . And in fact they are wonderful ambassadors for humanity and I wish their hotel represented a microcosm of the world . I would recommend this hotel in light of the extraordinary service provided . Conveniently located in Balestier, Fragrance Hotel - Classic is just a 10-minute drive from Orchard Road, the main shopping hub of Singapore. Modest, comfortable, very well maintained accommodation. The nicest staff, very responsive and welcoming. Everything is close by, stores, restaurants, bus, everything that is needed. This is my go to place while visiting Singapore.

Fragrance Hotel - Balestier is located in the nostalgic neighborhood of Balestier, home to many famous local eateries. Everything is great! All staff members are amazing, especially Kei Wee and Hidayah. It was raining hard on our check out date but they kindly help us with our luggages and umbrella as well.

Set amidst the Asian Medical Hub of Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Ibis Singapore Novena is located at the outskirts of Singapore’s city centre. So good to see Esh again at the front desk. She got everything ready when I arrived and if’s so good to return! The room is comfortable and well maintained, thanks to the housekeeping team: Jennifer, Alinish, her colleagues servicing the 5th floor are hardworking and pleasant. To round it off, the check out with Ryan’s help was a breeze. This is my ‘go-to’ as a good place to rest after a long flight. Thank you, Ibis Singapore Novena. Such a great location to all the good food too!
