The hotel is located within terminal 3, which is extremely handy if you are departing from there (e.g. Singapore Airlines). I asked to be given a quiet room facing the canopy and the staff did exactly that. We had a beautiful quiet room on the 9th floor, away from all the noise. The hotel facilities are great. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is open until 10pm. It must've been like 7/8pm when we showed up and we were the only ones, having the whole pool for ourselves, amazing! If you are into swimming, it's a great pool given its generous length. There's a restaurant and bar on level 1. We had a cocktail just before hitting the bed and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the drinks. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and very rich. Additionally, you can visit the Jewel by walking down a private path from within the hotel which only the crown plaza guests can use. You definitely cannot miss it!

The staff were wonderful, especially as I was leaving and my hire car had not turned up. They rang around to find it then got me a replacement because the driver had gone to the wrong address.

We have stayed in Singapore many times over the past 26 years. However, Singapore is now far too expensive to stay, drink and eat in, (even compared to Europe!). Will start to look elsewhere to stop over in future.

Singapore is a well organised Country, the MRT Rail system is fantastic for getting around, and not expensive to use. There are many things to see and do, but most are quite expensive, especially when you loose money at the Exchange stage. Found the people to be Nice and many always happy to help, without even be asked at times. I have no hesitation in recommending Singapore as a Holiday Destination.

There's a lot to do in Singapore.
There's a lot to do in Singapore. While there are usual tourist attraction like Sentosa, Botanical Gardens, Universal Studios, and the Aquarium. Exploring Singapore because of the architecture is a photographer's delight. The mix with old and modern is fascinating and the contrasts are blended an makes sense.
I love museums and they are good place to visit especially during the hot weather. It gets quite humid in the city.
You won't go wrong with public transportation. It is easy to navigate around the city with the subway and bus lines, No need for Grab unless you're going to the airport and you have heavy luggage. Other than that the subway can take you there.

Loved Singapore! This won’t be our last trip.
Loved Singapore! This won’t be our last trip. There is so much to do and see in both the city and on Sentosa Island. Everyone will find something they like from the colonial history to theme parks!
Food in the hawkers centres is amazing! Especially Lau Pa Sat, our particular favourite!
Singapore is walkable, although can be hot. We used taxis and made a few attempts at the MRT, however you can only buy tickets with cash or a credit card issued in Singapore so be aware of this if you visit.
Gardens by the Bay was a big highlight for us, the domes are fabulous and the night show is definitely worth hanging around for.

See reviews by guests who stayed at hotels in Singapore
I think the room is small for its price and location, but it is the very few hotels in Singapore offering connecting room for family. The MRT and Jurong East Mall is a long walk from the hotel, about 10 minutes. The hotel is a standalone building in the area. The plus point is that it is near the Singapore Science Centre. It also provides shuttle bus service to Sentosa
