Hotle staff not only accommodated these changes seamlessly but did so without any penalty fees, which is quite rare in my experience knowing that I travelled more than 40 countries worldwide. Moreover, the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Every staff member I interacted with was not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive to my needs. This level of service truly sets the hotel apart and made my stay in Jeddah all the more enjoyable and stress-free. A very good hotel on Madina Road. I have been upgraded to Junior suite during my stay. And their suites are good. Nearby to all the Facilities like grocery, restaurants & others. 1 hyper market is near too. And on Sari Street, you will get lots of restaurants.

Located in Jeddah, 3.1 miles from Jeddah Mall, Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a shared lounge. the room was so clean and spacious, the bathroom was perfect and we did order extra towels and slippers. the beds was sooo comfortable and the room had the most amazing view! our reservation had a breakfast with it. and thank god it was so perfect since they make the best crepe ever! everyone was super helpful and welcoming and always smiling and everyone wanted to make our stay the best experience ever. thank you Hyatt house Sari street <3 we will sure go back again
