The staff were so friendly and attentive, the room was gorgeous, the pool was nice, and it was within walking distance to the city center. One of my favorite hotels!! 100% recommended

One Shot Palacio Cedofeita was a wonderful hotel - they have restored some truly incredible traditional buildings from a state of disrepair into beautiful and high-end hotel facilities. Our room was large, quiet and very comfortable, with an excellent bathroom, a large comfy bed and an area to sit as well as lots of natural light and a balcony. The hotel go to great lengths to add little touches to your stay. We didn't use the pool because the weather was terrible, but it looked very inviting for sunny days! The hotel's bar was a great place to have a quiet drink before going out for dinner or night cap before bed. The staff were very very friendly, extremely helpful, and spoke great English which is always appreciated for English speaking tourists. The residential area where this hotel is based is very quiet in the evening and we didn't hear any noise from other rooms or guests. This is already a fantastic hotel but what makes it even better is the location - you are a 10 minute walk from major sights and (importantly for our stay) lots of the highest rated restaurants and bars in Porto, as well as great clothes shops and good coffee. We felt One Shot Palacio Cedofeita was excellent value for money. Next time we visit Porto we won't look anywhere else, we will book here again (and hopefully use the pool!).

It was comfortable, and perfect for us. The stuff was kind and it felt like coming home. Perfect location! Would 100% come back.

The staff’s attentiveness is a symphony of care, each interaction harmonizing to create a melody of warmth and hospitality. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt like a cherished guest at a welcoming home. The manager, as well as each staff member, took the time to personally introduce themselves to me, artfully selecting unobtrusive moments for our interaction. They anticipate needs as though reading minds, ensuring that every detail, no matter how small, is tended to with genuine care. Always there when you need them but never imposing. Never missing an opportunity to do the most, you could see their smiles light the room like sunshine each time they observed how their service brought joy to their guests. The room was impeccably appointed, with the art, architecture and woodwork immersing you in quality luxury. Views from the room were delightful. A comfortable sanctuary for creating, resting, or relaxing. The thoughtfulness that was shown to me made me feel truly seen, valued, and cared for. I never expected this level of warmth and attention to detail and as I left there were hugs all around and the kindest parting gifts to accompany me home - some tea leaves from my favorite morning tea at the Palacete Severo and a rose freshly cut from within the gorgeous gardens. At Palacete Severo, service transcends expectation—this is not just a hotel; it’s a second home, lovingly curated to cradle its guests in comfort, art, peace, and serenity.

Smeštajni objekat Palace Museum - Espaço Palmeiras, na atraktivnoj lokaciji u Portu, u ponudi ima klimatizovane jedinice, zajednički salon, besplatan WiFi i terasu. There is nothing to dislike about the property. it is unique and grand all at once. it is resplendent I’m history. The beds were fabulously comfortable. And the rooms are large with an en-suite bathroom that includes a magnificent rain shower as well as a wardrobe with comfy robes and a warming towel bar.

We stayed at Room Select for one night and it was a great experience. The room was perfect for the price, the bed was comfortable and the staff were absolutely amazing. I would say that the staff makes the experience great. Lucas and Henrique were always available to help us with honest tips, always helpful and most of all always with a smile on their faces.

Probably the best hotel we've ever been to. Very well located in Porto (right in front of the Casa da Musica metro stop) it has all comforts in a very modern structure with luxurious yet simple design. The staff was very, very nice on several occasions, as we kept our baggage at the reception will touring the city both upon arrival and upon departure; additionally they took care of an Amazon package I delivered at the hotel for my partner's birthday. They were very quick in communicating with me via email for the surprise! Also, my card didn't work for the pre-payment and they were very flexible with the payment options (I eventually payed once there). Rooms are amazing. Extremely recommended!
