Jose the host is great, hospitable and very relaxed and the apartment has everything you need in life. It's genuinely an apartment suited for living, if it was your home, you wouldn't be missing a thing. It's also located within walking distance of more or less all of the livelier and more important bits of Funchal. You have bus stops, restaurants and grocery shops near you. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it. P.S. if you're a light sleeper, bring ear muffs. Funchal is a very hilly city and the night traffic can get loud. This is not a fault of the apartment as this is a characteristic of the whole city, just a friendly recommendation.

Situated in Funchal, within 2.5 km of Almirante Reis Beach and 4.7 km of Marina do Funchal, Villa Pedreiro features accommodation with a terrace as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Your property is decorated so beautifully and we loved the high ceilings. The sofa is really comfortable and the kitchen / living space is spacious and light. The bedroom has lots of useful storage and the bed is very comfortable, with high quality bedding. The apartment is clean and smelt nice. We really appreciated the welcome hamper and the fact that the property came with washing up liquid, body wash and shampoo etc. and we liked the fact that you left a guide book and milk. The mirror in the bathroom is really great too, and the shower itself is very good. We also were grateful for the large amount of fridge space, and all the appliances were really good. The views are really wonderful from the property and we appreciated the home comforts in the evening using blankets provided to relax. The tv was really good (though it was very tricky to work out how to change the language, might want to write a quick guide!). The balcony space is lovely and the chairs were comfortable - a little coffee table would be good. Also we loved that it is under cover so if it rains you can still enjoy the outside space ! We felt very safe and secure at the property, the electric gates and security were appreciated. We even got to see a firework show on the balcony, lit up on the Funchal harbour.

Set in Funchal in the Madeira Islands region, Happy Stay Funchal has a patio and quiet street views. Had everything a property needs and the location was really good - its a 10 minute downhill walk into town and the property is located just before it gets steep and uphill. Nice little back yard which was handy having some outdoor space. Great little coffee shop across the road and close to the supermarket. Would definitely stay there again

Set within the Imaculado Coracao de Maria district in Funchal, Sol do Til Apartment has air conditioning, a balcony, and mountain views. Great appartment, comfortable and very well equipped. It had everything we needed. Daniela was an amazing host. Having a parking slot is a great plus. Totally recomend it!

Ocean Paradise do Til is situated in the Imaculado Coracao de Maria district of Funchal, 1.7 km from Marina do Funchal, 13 km from Girao Cape and 40 km from Santana's traditional houses. Great amenities and flexible employee (we arrived late because we did not know our way in the region, but the employee meeting us was very lenient. The only thing was the noise outside, but I dont think it was particular to this apartment but more of a city thing. With the 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, would absolutely recommend!

Situated within the Imaculado Coracao de Maria district in Funchal, Villa Mármore has air conditioning, a patio, and city views. Comfortable, large spaces. Nice view on the city. Well equiped. It was a good choice. Funchal center is only 5 minutes by car. It is close enough just to jump out for something and far enough to be in a calm area. I like it. Well separated rooms.

Wonderful location - beautiful view every morning, with a bakery and supermarket round the corner. Bright, spacious apartment with fantastic amenities - the pool/hot tub was a definite highlight. Rodrigo was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
