The location was perfect! So convienent and quiet. The staff are charming, engaging, polite and professional. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were excellent. Super clean facility!!! I will be back very soon!! The rooms need dimmer switches on the lighting in the rooms. The rooms are clean and comfotable. The pictures on the website don't do the property justice. I loved that they had 2 luggage racks, one for each of us.

The room was new, really nice and with good facilities It was on walking distance to Escabron beach, which was amazing. The host was helpful and very easy to communicate with

The location is perfect in the main street of Old San Juan you can reach everything you need just walking and it's ten minutes by Uber to get to Placita Santurce. The room was nice comfortable clean. The staff is really professional and gentle they let me leave my suitcase for another day as I needed to go to Culebra and didn't want to carry my big suitcase.

Featuring local artwork and a relaxing terrace, this Old San Juan hotel is less than 3 km from the Castillo de San Cristobal. An honor bar is located inside the hotel. The property was in a quiet part of town yet a stone’s throw from the cathedral and many restaurants, shops, galleries, and museums. It was a beautiful, historic, nicely renovated building with a courtyard and beautiful rooftop terrace.

Enjoy stunning views of the San Juan Bay and easy access to historic sites and local attractions at Hotel Rumbao, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and having Walgreens and the coffee shop and restaurant was an absolute plus. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
