I am very happy with the location of the building because it allowed me to tour the entire Jewish ghetto and the factory since we had it very close, the hotel staff was very attentive and the breakfast seemed correct to us. Everything was great. Ideal for family with kids, we had a 2 room apartment. There is children play corner in the foyer. We were especially happy about the kindness and efforts of the reception, when several days after checkout we noticed that we have forgotten a kids toy in the hotel. It was found and the reception found another guests from our city who brought us the toy back. We will be happy to choose this hotel if we visit Krakow again.
