The receptionist was so helpful and kind that she made a lot of calls to check if the attractions we would like to visit are accessible and easy for wheelchaired .. More than that, they helped me with my luggage since I was helping my wheelchaired wife.

The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and stocked with plenty of towels. There’s also a lift for easy access. I noticed the hotel offered a variety of special activities, though I didn’t participate in any of them. The location is quite convenient, only 5 or 6 stops from the main square, making it easily accessible.

Located a 15-minute drive from Kraków-Balice airport and a 30 minute walk to the Old Town, the 4-star Novotel Kraków City West offers its guests spacious, air-conditioned rooms with free internet. Professionals, as expected from Novotel. Clean rooms, very polite staff, comfortable beds. I have booked two rooms, we are all ok with the experience. I am sure we will visit this hotel again.
