Very clean hotel with friendly staff, great location, only 10 minute walk to main square, great breakfast and coffee. The room was facing the street, you can hear the tram go by but its not a big deal.

I travel a lot around this world , this hotel and staff were way above the norm . Very helpful staff, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant , food was excellent as was the packed breakfast when leaving at 0330 , even arranged our taxi for both trips at the airport . Popular points of interest nearby include Adam Mickiewicz Monument and St. Customer Service did an amazing job once I got in touch with them in order to sort out my mistake/ overlooking. Extremely helpful. The property itself was all what is needed for a stay. Top value.

It was big enough even for 2 or 3 people. Very cozy, everything worked (mini fridge, TV, air con) and it had all instructions needed. I had no issues contacting the staff.
