Breakfast buffet was great, and we appreciated quality Christmas decorations. Front desk staff was very helpful and going out of the way to make our stay convenient. I travel a lot around this world , this hotel and staff were way above the norm . Very helpful staff, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant , food was excellent as was the packed breakfast when leaving at 0330 , even arranged our taxi for both trips at the airport . Popular points of interest nearby include Adam Mickiewicz Monument and St. Customer Service did an amazing job once I got in touch with them in order to sort out my mistake/ overlooking. Extremely helpful. The property itself was all what is needed for a stay. Top value.
