We loved everything about this hotel - great location to walk into Makati, bed and sheets felt very comfy, rooftop pool and gym was a bonus. Staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. They let us check in early to our room and let us use pool after we checked out. Would defiently stay here again!

Situated in the heart of Makati Central Business District, Raffles Makati features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and business centre. This hotel is outstanding!!! The incredible staff made my stay there and absolute delight. The waitresses in the Writers Bar were exceptional, I would like to give a sincere thanks to Sherlyn and Jhezzsica for their super friendly service, you made my evenings a pleasure. I would also like to say a massive thanks to my butlers, Dennis and Ron, who made everything so much easier for me, nothing was too much trouble for them.
