Situated in the heart of Makati Central Business District, Raffles Makati features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and business centre. In my opinion, this is the best 5 star hotel in BGC/Makati area. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by the entire concierge team and check-in was seamless and personalized. Our king suite room was fancy, elegant modern with traditional theme. The bed was firm and comfortable, luxurious beddings and toiletries walked-in closet with double sink and free standing bathtub with city view. The free breakfast at Mireio exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable and the food from the menu was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located to Glorietta malls and restaurants. The hotel staff are all amazing provided world class service and top notch hospitality. We literally could not find anything wrong! If you want to experience luxury stay here. You won't be disappointed.

The premier bedroom is very excellent, and the windows have awesome views! I can see the wide view as 360 panoramas view. I feel very relaxed and peaceful in my mind, and I used what I needed in the facilities - breakfast, physical fitness, pool, and also the nearest food shops. The staffs are very awesome at communicating with me (Deaf); they also use the paper under the door to notify me to open the door as part of DEAF CULTURE. I am very appreciative of all staffs to great talking me. Thank you very much for allowing the visitors to come to the living room and keep my luggage for one week.
