There is a shared kitchen, and shared toilets, all clean and well maintained. John is an excellent host. He is friendly, and always available. The property is located very conveniently, in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, etc., around. The added part is the rescue dog, Goya (that's what I guess John was calling him), who wants to be your friend and play with you. There is even a pool, which I didn't get time to use. There is coffee and tea in the kitchen. I found the place very homely and welcoming.
