This was the third time I have stayed in this property. It feels like you are in your own home. Staffs are very friendly, accommodating, caring and courteous. Let me give you an example of its caring staff. “For the breakfast, they serve you with two slices of toasts. Since I was cutting down carbs, I asked the lady at front desk to send me only one slice of toast because I didn’t want to waste food. After few days, she brought me two slices of toasts and told me that the size of the bread on that particular day was kind of smaller, and she thought one smaller piece wouldn’t be enough. That just brought a big smile in my face.” Even the dog at the property is so kind, it likes to welcome all the guests each time they arrive. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Nepal.

We have stayed there many times and we always return. Rooms are usually large and well decorated. Beds are comfortable. Staff is genuinely nice and professional. Beautiful gardens and pool. Clean and safe. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner in the gardens with our trekking team the last night, the waiter was just class, very sensitive!
