Had a clean room with a TV , free wifi and a comfy bed. Staff was very helpfull aswell when I needed to print something. Was also able to leave my bags there after checkout to enjoy another day at Ahoy.

Major upgrade since my last stay here in 2021. Truly wonderful job done at renovating the entire hotel, right from the lobby to the rooms. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Conveniently located 1 minute walk from Maashaven metro station. The restaurant and bar in the hotel provides excellent service.

Hotel Bastion Rotterdam Zuid nalazi se pored auto-puta A15 i do njega se lako dolazi iz Roterdama i ostatka zemlje. Dostupan je besplatan WiFi. Hotel nudi udobne sobe. I enjoyed the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed beer and dinner one night at the restaurant. My room and the hallway were clean.

Hello Erjona, Honestly i find it very rude that you would let 3 young men stay in your apartment, have it cleaned and tidy which we did and not offer to refund us any money for having ants in the bedroom. If these ants were elsewhere we would probably move on but i find you very rude and unreasonable tbh. Ive just spoke to booking.com who informed me that you have been dodging their calls and emails. In that case I will be issuing a complaint on social media, with the address of the property and the videos with the disgusting ants. We tried to be respectful and adhere to your rules, we kept it clean and held our end of the deal. To not even offer us a slight refund is very rude. I will be using my big social media platform to make people aware of this. My friends also have big tiktok followings and we will make sure people understand, this level of rudeness cannot go unresponded.

Very clean, nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Neighborhood was very nice. Spacious for four people. Lots of natural light. Overall, it met our needs 100%.
