Hotel Pastis is located in a characteristic house along the Villawijk St. Pieter, just a 5-minute walk from the center of Maastricht. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi. The location was great for biking into town or to the grotto. The rooms were lovely with sunshine coming in, furnished to feel like a home. Check in was very easy and I liked the key system. The staff were kind and helped keep my market flowers fresh for me.

Located within a 5-minute bike ride from Maastrichts city center, Alberti Bed & Bike offers elegantly furnished rooms in a quiet green residential area. Spacious room in a beautiful Art Deco building (with some wonderful period details), with everything you need (incl. coffee machines!) and nothing you don't. Quiet neighbourhood, within easy cycle to the centre of Maastricht. A small pantry allows easy meal preparation if you're in the mood. The "no breakfast, free bike" approach is perfect: there's a great bakery and cafe two blocks away, and the bike saves the hassle of renting bikes (which, if you're not a Dutch resident, is a pain in the proverbial).
