The view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is located about a 3 minute walk to the nearest tram station and a supermarket. The tram takes you directly to the city center and goes very frequently. The IJBurg area is very interesting and calm, if you do not want to spend too much time in the busy city center, I can only recommend this place. The hosts, Kirsten and Tamara are very helpful and friendly, they made sure that the Water Studio has everything you might need for personal hygiene and for your coffee and tea needs. There are even two bikes and a canoe you can borrow. Overall it was a very nice getaway.

This family accommodation is situated on the ground floor of a waterfront villa in Amsterdam. The property is located 12 minutes from the historical centre of Amsterdam. Jan is an excellent host, we really enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful, with an excellent view straight on the cannel, close to the city (15 min to Central Station).

The property is located in a stunning place, 15 minutes (or less) away from the central train station. There are restaurants and transport near by. House is beautifully decorated, room was spacious and beds were comfy. The concept of staying in a floating villa is just amazing.
