Dorothea and her husband Mike welcomed us very warmly. They informed about transportation and restaurants. The room was immaculate. The location was a little far from the center, but public transport was quite close. In this way, we were able to reach the center in 20 minutes. The weather was a little cold, but the room warmed up quite well. The surroundings of the room were very calm, quiet and peaceful. Thank you once again to Dorothea and Mike for the nice experience :)

Auro could not have been a nicer host, with tips on transportation and the area. We had lunch at an outdoor market in Ijburg based on his recommendation, and were able to find our way around quite easily. Houseboat itself was very interesting. Comfortable and quiet rooms and great great bathroom facilities. Our family of five fit well in two rooms.
