Friendly and professional staff. Provided assistance when needed. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amazing beds. Restaurant under staff but food was delicious and well presented. Hotel is well located and all their staff I encountered was very helpful.

Well located in the Centro district of Tijuana, HOTEL RIO RITA is set 27 km from San Diego Convention Center, 29 km from San Diego - Santa Fe Depot Amtrak Station and 29 km from USS Midway Museum. I like a bunch of things about this hotel! Starting with the unique design of the room - dark colors combined with neon, stylish paintings on the walls and cozy rooms with very cool illumination. And the hotel staff... Looks like the most elegant and attractive young women on the continent work in this hotel. I'm absolutely enchanted. Separately, I would like to note the highest level of cleanliness, really good knowledge of English among the staff, the presence of coffee machines and a balcony with comfortable chairs. A feature of the hotel (due to its location) is also the lack of windows to the street in the rooms. However, a well-thought-out lighting system creates the illusion of daylight which is actually a great idea. Rooms have air conditioning, also with heating.

Lovely spacious room with low level of street noise. Enjoyed the facilities and quietness. East to get taxi to or from and to walk to some restaurants and shops. Would stay again

Very nice little hotel. New , well maintained , nice rooms , nice lobby . Staff were excellent , friendly , helpful . Price was excellent .
