Anna "the owner of this beautiful resort" was wonderful as on my first visit on my way to Bacalar, the staff also gave me a coffee machine so I could have a 5am coffee in my beach hut. Very accommodating and very friendly staff. Nothing was too much. Idealic setting right on the beach and excellent food. All healthy options of smoothies and bowls.

Located inside the Tulum Archeological Site in Tulum, Hotel Poc Na Tulum features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi in the restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. Everything was amazing, but a special mention goes to the staff - they go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful time. We would like to thank in particular Marcos and Florencio for their dedication and smiles.

The location was just perfect - right by the beach. Playa Esperanza Hotel has the most beautiful part of the Playa Paraiso & its indeed a paradise! It’s so amazing it almost feels unreal. The staff was amazing too - everyone was so incredibly friendly, helpful & kind - especially Daniel who was very attentive & catered to every need we had.

Kai Tulum is set in Tulum, 1.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site and has a garden and a bar. It was a very lovely and beautiful accommodation. Directly located at the water.

Offering a restaurant and a private beach area, Villa Pescadores is located 5 minutes' walk from Tulum Archaeological Site and 5.5 km from Tulum main square. Free WiFi access is available throughout. Paradise! Location is amazing 10/10 , food delicious, stuff is super friendly, came alone but was feeling like everyone who works in hotel is my friend 🥺🫶 Especially huge thanks to guys from reception, they were always ready to help

It was very serene and beautiful, beautiful views of the water, an intimate setting with the rooms, very traditional, with thatched roofs and doors made out of an entanglement of vines, which was very artistic. The staff was accommodating.
