We had a late evening flight and the staff was super helpful in keeping our luggage, keeping us company and giving complimentary food and beverages. A must-visit when coming to Mexico City !

I loved the location. The hotel is beautiful. The bed is comfortable. Excellent staff. Delicious breakfast. I will be back!
