The place feels very cosy and like a second home away from home. The neighbourhood and location are great if you want to wander around Mexico. We had a late evening flight and the staff was super helpful in keeping our luggage, keeping us company and giving complimentary food and beverages. A must-visit when coming to Mexico City !

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Breakfast and lunch were great deals and very tasty. Service was outstanding. Very warm and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Would have liked a small fridge but in the end with the restaurant on the premises, and free water refills, no fridge was not a problem. Location was great, close to US Embassy and many convience stores as well as several restaurants. However, it is located in a busy part of town and taxis were sometimes impossible to find. But if the hotel calls for one it arrives, no problem. They were excellent in giving us advice about the area as well as the city in general.

This new, modern hotel with open spaces and clean lines of great design. It offers spacious and well-laid-out rooms with balconies, very comfortable beds with quality linens, an excellent selection of TV, including 24-hour English-speaking channels, and a well-appointed bathroom with high-quality towels. In the morning, there is a made-to-order breakfast prepared and served by a friendly staff. The rooftop is so well done, with a view of the city, cushioned lounge chairs, and a dipping pool. The security is top-notch with electronic door keys which I appreciated and there is a person at the front desk who acknowledges you when you come and go. I found the location and the surrounding restaurants, cafes, and even across the street a friendly wine-tapas bar, and an Office Depot close by to be great. I rarely write a review for a hotel or anything, but this new addition to Mexico City is a plus for us travelers for sure.

From the exceptional staff to the exquisite rooms, and the attention to details - it is everything you could ask for and more! The breakfast is amazing, and its restaurants and bars offer something for everyone. The staff is wonderful, and despite being at full capacity, the team will make you feel like you are their absolute priority. The rooms are timeless, elegant and the bed possibly the best I have ever slept in! I also highly recommend the hotel’s spa services, which only add to the feeling of complete calm and relaxation! And the concierge team and the butler service, who were always so helpful with any question or request!

The breakfast was exceptional every single morning, and the staff at the restaurant was amazingly friendly, giving dish recommendations and looking after our meal experience. The location of the place is right at the heart of the city, which makes it convenient for business travel. The area nearby has lots of options for great Mexican food. The room was spacious and tidy as expected.

Located in Mexico City's commercial and financial district, close to the Paseo La Reforma, this hotel offers convenient amenities and services near shops, museums and nightlife. What a great property!!! Right in the middle of Roma Norte. 1 minute walk to Diana and 5 minutes to the Angel. But yet it is off the main drag so it is quiet and feels comfy and homey. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job. Front desk reception is fast, friendly, and there will always be someone there who speaks English and is happy to help with directions, eating recommendations, taxis, etc. The rooms are decent size. Not huge but well laid out, functional, and comfortable. Bathrooms are a bit on the small size, but if you like big showers with tons of hot water and a great shower head...LaiLa is for you. My wife and I live in Mexico and we travel all over the country. Laila is one of the best values we have seen and we will be back there again on our next trip to CDMX.
