He worked really hard and was very smart in solving a tough problem with the other hotel. Edgar was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. He knew exactly what to do and made sure I was happy with everything. I'm so thankful for his help and I would tell anyone who needs a great concierge to go to him. - David was also very accommodating in other topics. The rest of the staff also seem to be very focused and well trained to ensure good service

Placed in the prosperous Polanco neighborhood of Mexico City, near a variety of shopping and dining, this hotel offers thoughtful amenities such as free wireless internet access. The view from living suite was absolutely amazing. We had unobstructed views of the Chapultepec castle and the Chapultepec park. It was awesome. If you book ask for a high floor facing the park. The suites are very large with a dining room and living room. It felt like a one-bedroom room apartment with a large desk for my Husband and I both to use each of our laptops at the same time. The staff was great, the hotel was clean and the location is a short 5 min walk to the Chapultepec park, 10 min walk to the archaeological museum and several other museums. Restaurant on the rooftop level has a great salmon dish. Awesome location.

Built in an attractive architectonic style, and imagined as a hotel-museum by Architect Ricardo Legorreta, the Camino Real Polanco México Hotel is 1 km from the Anthropology Museum and the Chapultepec... There's nothing not to like. This is as good as, if not better than Camino Real in La Paz, Bolivia. If you want the best restaurant experience ever, go to Morimoto Japanese Restaurant inside Camino Real. It's the best degustation we've ever had in our lives.

Casa Anzures is conveniently located in Colonia/Barrio de Anzures, Mexico City, 1.4 km from Angel de la Independencia, 1.8 km from Chapultepec Castle and 1.7 km from United States Embassy. Clean, good location, and excellent communication with staff. I went for a day visit, and they gave me a clean room with a nice street view. The rooms change decor depending on the one you get so ask in advance if you'd like a particular experience.

The location is amazing, with so many great restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, yet it still feels quiet and relaxing inside. The staff were genuinely friendly and always helpful, which made my stay even better. My room was super comfortable, and the Smart TV was a nice touch—perfect for winding down.
