The room was huge, the bed also. The location is very good since it is close to the city center, basically within walking distance. Breakfast is very diverse and you can find something for yourself in any case.

The wifi worked well, we were next to the road and It wasn't too busy as all. The bathroom was super clean! Location was great.

Built in an attractive architectonic style, and imagined as a hotel-museum by Architect Ricardo Legorreta, the Camino Real Polanco México Hotel is 1 km from the Anthropology Museum and the Chapultepec... It’s at a great intersection so you are steps away from Parc Gandhi (great for runners), and also a short bike ride or Uber away to condessa. And if you choose to stay in Polanco you are in a quiet area and can walk anywhere. The hotel is super chic, the amenities were great (I used the gym, the pool, and the fifth floor executive lounge). Everyone treats you so kindly and helpfully. The beds were so comfortable and the water pressure is good and gets very hot.

Very comfortable suite with washer/dryer facilities which work well. Good shower, air conditioning, great location, and excellent breakfast.

Absolutely loved my stay at this new hotel in the center of Condesa! The location is amazing, with so many great restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, yet it still feels quiet and relaxing inside. The staff were genuinely friendly and always helpful, which made my stay even better. My room was super comfortable, and the Smart TV was a nice touch—perfect for winding down.
