Well set in the centre of Ulaanbaatar, Town Yard Hostel provides free WiFi, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. The staff were super welcoming. It's located just near the city center so basically everything you want is at a walking distance. It was really warm and comfortable inside the hostel despite the cold weather outside and it's fairly priced. Breakfast was superb as well. And especially the size and comfort of the common room is top tier.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Gana's Guest House and Tours offers pet-friendly accommodation in Ulaanbaatar, 600 metres from Ulaanbaatar Opera House. It is a family run Guesthouse, I felt quite safe and welcomed all the time, it is the best cost vs value option that you can get, the location is good, you have restaurants and shops and the main streets just a couple of blocks away. The rooms are not fancy but have all what you need, in my opinion the double rooms on the top floor are the most comfortable, the yurt at the rooftop is also nice. The owner and his son helped me with everything I need and were always aware of me, theh took me to the country side, they took me to the airport, etc, I definitelly recommend this place.
