The welcome we received was very friendly and checkin was completely painless. The grounds are well maintained and the pools were spotless clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate any request possible. They also offered transfer services to and from the City for very reasonable prices. The room was very clean and incredibly well maintained. Coming here was definitely a highlight for me, I didn't want to leave!

Podziękowania za obsługę dla Khalil, zarezerwowaliśmy podstawowy pokój a Khalil dał nam upgrade do junior suite, pokój bajka, pięknie wyposażony, właśnie wracaliśmy z kilkudniowej wycieczki z gór i pustyni więc nasz ostatni dzień pobytu w Marrakeszu w tym pokoju był magiczny Zależało nam żeby ostatniego dnia pobytu, po tygodniowej wycieczce objazdowej, się zrelaksować i realnie odpocząć , i to osiągnęliśmy.

Ten luksusowy hotel butikowy położony jest w pięknym parku krajobrazowym o powierzchni 3 hektarów w Marrakeszu. The whole property is gorgeous. We had a junior suite room and loved the fireplace which they set up every night for us. The pool and spa were really lovely and the restaurant/bar were outstanding

It was amazing this is one of the best hotels in Marrakesh in terms of value for price and the quality of services and food if not the best. It was an unforgettable vacation and that thanks to MARWA the PR responsible who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and listen to even the tiniest wishes. This is what service is all about and she knows how to make customers happy, really happy that they will come back!!! Please keep her at the top she is one of your driving forces!!! Also big thanks to Mourad the restaurant manager how can a human be so kind and attentive to again all the little tiniest requests!!! They are not only excellent in their work they are amazing humans with a hart of gold. I am impressed and am a very picky person when it comes to hotels food and cleanliness. I must say this hotel blew my mind in all of the aspects and I'm a young women with high standards so not always easy to please but here it was not even a question, it's part of the hotel value proposition. I will be back very soon and will be coming each time I need a break. Keep up I hope one day to come back with family and friends and that the hotel can stay amazing for many many many years to come! Big thanks to all the amazing people working here. I had a blast and going back energized and well rested. Also the SPA amazing good prices and a must do is the hamam pack with scrub and 30mn massage, just before tanning AMAZING!!

Overlooking the Atlas Mountains, this hotel is set in 10-hectare grounds, which include 3 swimming pools, landscaped gardens and a small lake. Pyszne jedzenie, czyste pokoje, przemiły personel oraz wiele fajnych zajęć organizwanych przez hotel, które umilały pobyt. Szczególne podziękowania dla Emmy, która była bardzo pomocna i swoją osobą sprawiła,że mój pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo wyjątkowy!
