With views of the Atlas Mountains, this 5-star hotel is 15 minutes’ drive from Marrakech’s Medina and Jamaâ El Fna Square. Set in a garden with a pool, it has a spa, terrace and a restaurant. The welcome we received was very friendly and checkin was completely painless. The grounds are well maintained and the pools were spotless clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate any request possible. They also offered transfer services to and from the City for very reasonable prices. The room was very clean and incredibly well maintained. Coming here was definitely a highlight for me, I didn't want to leave!

There is one word to describe my stay at this magnificent hotel; SUBLIME. The only negative part of my stay was the fact that I had to leave at all. Until I am able to return (hopefully soon), I will keep this magnificent hotel in my dreams. The attention to detail in every aspect of this facility is astounding, and they deserve their Relais Chateaux status in every single way. The design is a work of art in every area. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating and each one is truly there to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool area is a haven of tranquility, the spa is superb, the bedrooms are stately and exquisite, the restaurant, lounges and bars are beautiful (I did not eat much due to allergy diet restrictions), and you will likely find yourself leaving begrudgingly when your checkout time arrives. Staff members who were exceptionally helpful and stood out during the stay were: Abdul, Miriam, Yassin, and Assoul (hope I recall correctly, the bartender..) at the pool, Sallim and Yousef at the front desk, Mouna who gave massage at the spa, and honestly just everyone was amazing, and I apologize for the names I did not remember and am not mentioning. The owner should be proud of this fine establishment with equally fine staff members. I have stayed in many 5*+ hotels worldwide, and this one has now truly hit the top of my list. I look forward to returning as soon as possible, inchallah 🙌🏻.

Situated in Marrakech, 800 metres walk from a shopping area, Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie - All Inclusive boasts a swimming pool, a fitness area and free WiFi throughout the property. The room was great, the food delicious, and everything was generally perfect. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small issue I encountered was that the pool is a bit smaller than I expected. A big thank you to Hassna at the reception for her warm welcome and professionalism, as well as to Mehdi and Zakaria, the lifeguards, for their attentiveness, and to the entire animation team for making our stay even more entertaining!

It was amazing this is one of the best hotels in Marrakesh in terms of value for price and the quality of services and food if not the best. It was an unforgettable vacation and that thanks to MARWA the PR responsible who went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and listen to even the tiniest wishes. This is what service is all about and she knows how to make customers happy, really happy that they will come back!!! Please keep her at the top she is one of your driving forces!!! Also big thanks to Mourad the restaurant manager how can a human be so kind and attentive to again all the little tiniest requests!!! They are not only excellent in their work they are amazing humans with a hart of gold. I am impressed and am a very picky person when it comes to hotels food and cleanliness. I must say this hotel blew my mind in all of the aspects and I'm a young women with high standards so not always easy to please but here it was not even a question, it's part of the hotel value proposition. I will be back very soon and will be coming each time I need a break. Keep up I hope one day to come back with family and friends and that the hotel can stay amazing for many many many years to come! Big thanks to all the amazing people working here. I had a blast and going back energized and well rested. Also the SPA amazing good prices and a must do is the hamam pack with scrub and 30mn massage, just before tanning AMAZING!!

Overlooking the Atlas Mountains, this hotel is set in 10-hectare grounds, which include 3 swimming pools, landscaped gardens and a small lake. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. One of the bartenders provided me with very helpful directions to places I wanted to explore in the area. Also the daily bus services from the resort into inner city Marrakech we're and added value. I wrote my family telling them the resort was like being on a cruise ship that you could get off of anytime to explore the area without time constraints.
